For a label that built its identity on a very particular kind of after-hours glow, 100% Silk has been remarkably open about where its artists come from. The California imprint has spent fifteen years refining liquid house and techno for the small hours, pulling in producers from Japan, Malta, Colombia, the UK, and beyond. Lithuania’s Cport Cistema (Simonas Činga) joined that roster with Say It, a record that paired moonlit club breaks with strands of bass music and earned a quiet, steady following.
