Footsteps Festival Opens Tonight With Final Additions to a Multi-Venue Bill

The second edition of the London festival returns with sold-out shows from Ratboys, Milo Korbenski, and Office Dog, and newly confirmed sets from Mel Blue, Bone China, and Alex Amor.

Footsteps Festival kicks off its second run tonight at The Grace, the first of five days spread across a string of London’s independent rooms. The multi-venue model draws a line connecting spaces like The Garage, Moth Club, The Windmill, Oslo, and The George Tavern, and the programme threads newer names through bills that also hold more established acts.

A final round of artists has been added to the schedule, including Mel Blue, Bone China, and Alex Amor, alongside others. They join a roster that already counts headline sets from Warmduscher, A Certain Ratio, Sarah Blasko, Meryl Streek, Girl Scout, and Anamanaguchi. The festival, now in its second year, pushes emerging performers into the same nights as cult favourites and touring bands, making the venues as central to the identity as the music itself.

On the demand side, Ratboys, Milo Korbenski, and Office Dog have each sold out their respective nights. Limited tickets remain for Meryl Streek at The Lexington, Anamanaguchi at Oslo, and Warmduscher at The Garage. The full programme stretches from tonight through 22 May, with multiple shows unfolding each evening in quick succession across the city. The geography isn’t secondary; it’s the point.
