Headbussa Shares “Manhunt” Ahead of Debut Album Survival Measures

French hardcore band Headbussa has released “Manhunt,” a track from its debut full-length, Survival Measures. The album is due November 13 on Daze.

The track arrives before the full record, giving an early point of entry into a debut that will be judged on more than a single release. A debut album is a different test from a standalone song: it has to establish pacing, range and a durable identity across a complete body of work. “Manhunt” now sits in that larger frame rather than standing alone.

Releasing “Manhunt” ahead of Survival Measures also sets expectations for the album. The track is the first public argument for the record, and the record will determine whether that argument holds across its full length. For a hardcore band, that shift from a single statement to a complete release is where intent becomes clear.
