Dolly Parton’s songs moved through three live sets this week, as artists folded her catalog into performances on both sides of the Atlantic. At SiriusXM’s Stephen Talkhouse show in Amagansett, New York, John Mayer opened the introduction to his 2006 single “Gravity” with a tender electric reading of “I Will Always Love You,” using the 1974 hit as a bridge into his closing number.
