Dijon Brings Mk.gee Onstage at Coachella 2026

During his festival debut, Dijon was joined by longtime collaborator Mk.gee for a three-song run at the Outdoor Stage.

Dijon’s first Coachella set included a guest appearance from his frequent studio partner Mk.gee. The artist, born Mike Gordon, joined Dijon on the Outdoor Stage on Friday to perform three songs: “Talk Down,” “Higher!,” and “Big Mike’s.”

The moment highlighted a creative partnership that spans both artists’ recent albums. Gordon co-wrote much of Dijon’s 2023 album ‘Baby’ and his 2021 debut ‘Absolutely,’ while Dijon contributed to Gordon’s own 2024 debut ‘Two Star & the Dream Police.’ This marked Gordon’s first time performing at the festival in any official capacity.

Dijon’s set blended newer material like “Yamaha” and “Fire!” with earlier staples such as “The Dress” and “Annie.” The collaboration served as a live reaffirmation of a shared musical dialogue that has consistently shaped both artists’ recorded work.
