ATEEZ debuts at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 this week with GOLDEN HOUR : Part.5, amassing 228,000 equivalent album units in its first week. The figure—driven almost entirely by 223,000 pure album sales—marks the highest opening numbers of the K-pop group’s career.
It is ATEEZ’s third No. 1 album, following 2024’s GOLDEN HOUR : Part.2 and 2023’s THE WORLD EP.FIN : WILL. The new release also extends their streak of consecutive top 10 appearances to nine, a run that began with THE WORLD EP.1 : MOVEMENT peaking at No. 3 in 2022. With nine top 10s in the 2020s, ATEEZ now holds the most among any group this decade, breaking a three-way tie with Stray Kids and TOMORROW X TOGETHER.
Physical sales were bolstered by a wide array of collectible options: 30 CD variants and five vinyl editions, including randomized photocards, posters, and signed copies. Streaming accounted for just 5,000 equivalent units, drawn from 4.96 million on-demand streams—a reminder of the K-pop market’s continued reliance on physical purchases.
