ADOM is releasing House of Memories in monthly installments: one song, one video, each entry framed as a different room inside the same record. The first is “THE UNKNOWN,” a black-and-white clip that leans on half-remembered 1980s and 1990s imagery. It is a slow strategy in a market that rewards the opposite.
The cadence makes more sense once you look at who is behind it. ADOM is Anthony Migliaccio, who spent years performing as Anthony Cosmo and played guitar in Boston, co-writing three songs on the band’s 2002 album Corporate America. He worked early on with producer Phil Greene, has kept a long creative partnership with his father, frontman Fran Cosmo, and more recently co-produced the KC Sisters, the family band that appeared on Nickelodeon’s America’s Most Musical Family, with the late Lenny Petze, formerly VP of A&R at Epic and Portrait.
That history sits behind a newer set of results. “Ella Tiene el Cuerpo” debuted at No. 43 on the UK Official Singles Sales Chart and No. 28 on the Singles Downloads Chart. Those are sales and downloads figures rather than streaming totals, which says something about the audience being reached.
At ChromaWave Records, ADOM says he makes the music and the visuals himself, a detail that matters for a project built on continuity between the songs and the films. Whether a monthly schedule can hold attention across a full album cycle is the open question. House of Memories is at least structured as an argument: that a body of work, released deliberately, can carry more weight than a single burst of reach.
