Jane Remover Returns to the Main Alias With “Beauty Sleep”

Jane Remover has kept several lanes open lately: touring, festival dates, SoundCloud uploads like “Headbanger” and “Conversion 2,” and separate releases under the Leroy and Venturing names. “Beauty Sleep” is the first proper Jane Remover single in a while, and it works as a return to the core project rather than another detour.

The song doesn’t settle on one register. Some passages lean melodic and almost exposed, while digital processing pulls at the edges. Other sections cut hard, shifting into clipped, aggressive electronic territory that feels deliberately unsteady. The result is compact but disorienting—less a single mood than a series of collisions.

The Brendon Burton-directed video opens with Jane Remover as an alien figure in a laboratory tube, then moves outward: escape, a motorcycle, the beach. It’s a concise visual arc that matches the track’s restlessness without over-explaining it.
