The new solo project arrives via Odd Atelier and Columbia Records, led by a dark, fairytale-inspired title track video.
JENNIE has released Fallen Angel, a three-track digital EP through her label Odd Atelier in partnership with Columbia Records. The project includes the title track, “Heaven,” and “Less Than a Lover.”
“Heaven” was first introduced during JENNIE’s headline set at Open’er Festival in Gdynia, Poland. Its inclusion gives the EP a longer arc than a single release might suggest, connecting a live moment from earlier in the year to the new studio version. “Less Than a Lover” is described as a summer-inspired track, adding a lighter counterweight to the title track’s mood.
The video for “Fallen Angel” leans into a dark, fairy-tale visual language: foggy landscapes, warped architecture, and heavy visual effects. A production note clarifies that fire sequences were created with CG and that scenes involving minors were filmed under safety supervision, a detail that reflects the increasingly transparent standards around music video production.
Fallen Angel is available now across major digital platforms.
