Rinse FM’s Counter Culture Series Continues with In-Store Session from Inverted Audio

The radio platform’s Counter Culture strand airs a new two-hour session recorded live at the Peckham record store.

Rinse FM has aired the second edition of its Counter Culture series, a two-hour session recorded live from the Inverted Audio record store in Peckham. The show was curated and performed by DJ Antepop.

The broadcast reinforces the station’s ongoing commitment to spotlighting independent retail spaces as cultural hubs. Counter Culture, which launched earlier this year, is structured around live recordings from select record stores, connecting radio programming directly with physical music communities.

This instalment follows the series’ debut, which was recorded at Brilliant Corners in London. By moving to Inverted Audio’s south London location, the program continues to map a circuit of influential specialist outlets. The format provides a platform for extended DJ sets in an intimate, shop-floor environment, distinct from traditional club or studio broadcasts.
