Behemoth Share ‘I, Scvlptor’ Single and Video, Confirm Album Title

The Polish extreme metal band returns with the title track from their forthcoming full-length, paired with a new video.

The Polish extreme metal institution Behemoth has released a new single and video, “I, Scvlptor” — a stylized Latin rendering that acts as both a stand-alone track and the title piece of their next album. The news confirms the record will also be called I, Scvlptor.

No release date for the full-length has been announced, but the single arrives as a clear signal of the band’s continued commitment to their elaborate, anti-religious aesthetic. The video draws on the ritualistic and blasphemous imagery that has defined Behemoth’s visual language for years, aligning seamlessly with the group’s musical identity.

As one of the most visible names in contemporary extreme metal, Behemoth carries a weight of expectation with each release. “I, Scvlptor” gives early shape to the era while leaving the full scope of the album — and its thematic architecture — deliberately in shadow.
