The Baltimore hardcore band’s themed Orioles game went on despite a supply chain issue that pushed the limited-edition jersey pickup to August. A win over the Royals and guest splashes kept the energy high.
On Friday, Baltimore’s Camden Yards turned into a hardcore hub for Turnstile Night, a pre-tour celebration for the Grammy-winning band. The Orioles had announced the special ticket package back in April, promising a limited-edition Turnstile-themed jersey. A supply chain delay, though, meant the jerseys never arrived. Fans who bought in will now pick them up on August 22, with a complimentary ticket to that game as a make-good.
The missing merch didn’t sink the evening. Band members threw out ceremonial first pitches and worked as “guest splashers” in outfield sections 84 and 86, nodding to the team’s splash-zone ritual. The PA leaned on Turnstile cuts and adjacent hardcore tracks, a rare soundscape for a major league stadium.
The Orioles beat the Kansas City Royals, but the larger win was the sight of a local hardcore band anchoring a franchise promotion—not as a novelty, but as hometown recognition that felt earned, not borrowed.
