Mathew Knowles Confirms Unreleased Destiny’s Child Remixes Will Arrive Within a Month

Mathew Knowles has confirmed that a collection of previously unreleased Destiny’s Child remixes will be issued in the coming weeks. Speaking to SiriusXM’s Page Six Radio on July 22, the group’s former manager — and Beyoncé’s father — said the material spans unheard dance and urban mixes, all featuring the original vocalists.

“We have a number of remixes that have never been released, and we’ll be putting those out soon,” Knowles said. “We have some guest rappers on it, but it’s the girls on them.” He added that the batch includes a track with Missy Elliott before stopping himself short: “She’s on one of them. … Ah, I’ll stop.”

The announcement lands around the anniversary of The Writing’s on the Wall, the 1999 album that marked the group’s original quartet lineup. Destiny’s Child later evolved into a trio with Michelle Williams, releasing their final studio record, Destiny Fulfilled, in 2004. Since then, unreleased material from the group’s peak has been scarce.

Knowles did not specify whether the remixes would be assembled into a formal project or arrive as a streaming drop. The 30-day window places the first tracks in late August, offering a rare glimpse into the vault of one of R&B’s most streamed acts. For an outfit whose catalog continues to generate numbers, the arrival of unheard mixes offers something beyond nostalgia — it’s a small expansion of a record that never really stopped playing.
