Australia’s largest multi-day New Year’s event, Beyond the Valley, returns to Barunah Plains from 28 December to 1 January with a line-up that balances international electronic talent, rap heavyweights and local favourites. The five-day festival opens on Monday 28 December with Dutch DJ and producer KI/KI headlining, alongside Canada’s Jayda G and Naarm-based bellxsxs.
Tuesday’s programme places Nia Archives, Skepta and Armand Van Helden at the top of the bill, while Frost Children and Melbourne DJ Su Yen represent the domestic side. Wednesday leans further into club territory: Boys Noize, Anetha, Mia Koden, salute and Welsh duo Overmono are all locked in.
