Queens of the Stone Age Open a Complaint Hotline

The band invites fans, friends, and foes to dial +1 (760) 437-1966 with grievances, big or small.

Queens of the Stone Age have set up a 24/7 hotline for public grievances. The number, +1 (760) 437-1966, went live on Wednesday, August 5th, according to a band statement. Callers are encouraged to “air their gripes and grievances, moans and groans, chagrin’, carpin’ and any judgments they wish to pass.”

The pitch is simple: “No bitching too big. No whiny too tiny.” The band says each message will be “reviewed personally,” and there’s a possibility of connecting with a live person. “Sometimes people just need to complain, and Queens of the Stone Age are here to listen.”

The hotline arrives after the release of “Easy Street,” a July single that surfaced during the group’s “Catacombs” shows. QOTSA are currently on the road as direct support for Foo Fighters on a North American stadium tour, with dates running through September. After that, the band heads to Europe and Japan later in the year.
