Brutalismus 3000 Share “Drop Your Spirit” and North American Tour Dates

The Berlin duo returns to the material from Harmony with a new Dylan Brady–produced club track and a run of North American shows this fall.

Brutalismus 3000 have kept the focus on Harmony since releasing the album in June. The Berlin duo — Theo Zeitner and Victoria Vassiliki Daldas — recorded more than made the final tracklist, and “Drop Your Spirit” is one of the pieces that stayed behind. It now arrives as a standalone club cut, produced by Zeitner with 100 Gecs’ Dylan Brady.

The track shares the album’s industrial-leaning energy but sits closer to the duo’s live-oriented, hard-edged dance music. The video pairs the song with the kind of restless visual language Brutalismus 3000 have made part of their identity.

Alongside the release, the two have announced a North American tour running from September through November. The run includes appearances at Miami’s Factory Town, Chicago’s Arc Festival, Brooklyn’s CBGB Festival with the Prodigy, Orlando’s EDC, and Austin’s Seismic Dance Event, as well as headline shows in Philadelphia, Atlanta, Boston, Washington, Chicago, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.

The full routing gives the duo a dozen stops across the continent, extending the reach of a record that already pulled from Leonard Cohen and Death Grips without flattening Brutalismus 3000’s own sound.
