Gorillaz Confirm 2026 North American Arena Tour with Little Simz and Deltron 3030

The virtual band will embark on a 22-date tour next fall in support of their forthcoming album “The Mountain,” with the run bookended by Florida and a Halloween finale in Seattle.

Gorillaz have confirmed a major North American tour for autumn 2026, their first large-scale run in the region since 2022. The 22-date arena tour is positioned in support of the band’s announced but yet-to-be-released ninth studio album, “The Mountain.”

The itinerary, produced by Live Nation, begins at the Kia Center in Orlando, Florida on September 17, 2026. It will traverse the United States and Canada, concluding with a Halloween night performance at the Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle on October 31. Other major market stops include New York’s Madison Square Garden on October 10, the Kia Forum in Los Angeles on October 24, and dates in Chicago, Toronto, and Boston.

The tour’s supporting lineup provides a significant editorial angle. British rapper and Mercury Prize winner Little Simz and the hip-hop supergroup Deltron 3030, featuring Del the Funky Homosapien and Dan the Automator, are confirmed as special guests for the entire run. This pairing underscores the collaborative and genre-blending ethos central to the Gorillaz project, linking directly to the group’s history with both artists. Dan the Automator was a key producer on Gorillaz’s 2001 self-titled debut, while Little Simz has been a frequent vocal collaborator with Gorillaz co-creator Damon Albarn in recent years.

The announcement solidifies 2026 as a focal year for the virtual band, with the new album and a corresponding global live presence. It follows a period of sustained activity for the project, which has maintained a steady stream of singles and cinematic videos since its 2023 album “Cracker Island.” The scale of the tour, targeting major arenas, indicates a confident commercial push for the next album cycle.

Tour pre-sales are scheduled to begin next week, with general ticket sales following. The specific release date for “The Mountain” has not been announced alongside the tour confirmation.
