ICONIC Debuts “Take Me To The Place” from Forthcoming Album ‘II’

The hard rock supergroup returns with the first track from their sophomore record, due July 31.

Hard rock supergroup ICONIC have shared “Take Me To The Place,” the lead single from their upcoming second album. Titled II, the record is scheduled for July 31.

Details about the album remain sparse, but the track arrives as a statement of intent. For a supergroup, a sophomore release often carries the weight of proving the initial chemistry had more than one round in it. ICONIC’s debut established a straightforward hard rock foundation; this follow-up suggests they aim to extend it without overcomplicating the formula.

That clarity of purpose can be an advantage. The genre’s current landscape rewards acts that know their lane and drive straight down it. “Take Me To The Place” leans into familiar territory: thick riffs, a muscular rhythm section, and a chorus built for festival stages. It neither rewires the template nor dilutes it.

The single lands at a moment when rock’s middleweight division is crowded and competitive. ICONIC’s built-in profile gives them a head start, but the music will need to do the rest. With II, the group steps back into the ring with little fuss and a clear sense of what they do best.
