Ten new performances at Dolby Live push the show into late October, following strong demand for the initial run.
Mary J. Blige’s Las Vegas residency will stretch further into the year. A sold-out opening weekend at Dolby Live inside Park MGM has already translated into 10 additional shows, tacking two more runs onto the schedule.
The “My Life, My Story” production picks up again August 28 and runs through September 6. A final set of dates lands October 23 through October 31, all inside the 5,200-seat theater Blige just sold out.
Citi and AAdvantage cardholders get a pre-sale window Thursday, May 7 at 10 a.m. PT. An artist pre-sale and a Live Nation pre-sale both open Friday, May 8. General tickets become available Monday, May 11 via Ticketmaster.
A Las Vegas residency lets an artist like Blige work through a vast catalog on one stage, stripping away the travel and production uncertainty of a sprawling tour. For decades she has anchored R&B and hip-hop without bending to typical pop release cycles, and the quick sell-out suggests her audience will follow into a format that rewards endurance over novelty. The extension places her among a growing list of legacy acts turning the Strip into a reliable creative base.
