Nyxy Nyx Return with Lo-Fi Meditation “Pea Brain”

Nyxy Nyx have shared a new track, “Pea Brain,” on Bandcamp, adding to an already productive 2026. The Philadelphia band, who last year released their first studio album Cult Classics, Vol. 1 alongside a self-titled record, have been dropping stray lo-fi singles since. “Devil Hands” and “Concerning Evil Spirits” arrived earlier this year, and now this latest offering keeps the quiet momentum going.

The group tags “Pea Brain” as a demo, but for Nyxy Nyx that label is almost meaningless. Their demos rarely sound unfinished; they carry the same murky fidelity and offhand charm as the songs they push further into the world.
