Positive Grid Discounts Spark Neo Core to $99 in Fall Tone Fest Sale

Positive Grid has lowered the price of its Spark Neo Core headphone amplifier to $99 as part of the company’s Fall Tone Fest sale. The reduction amounts to $60, roughly 38 percent, from its previous price.

The Spark Neo Core arrived last year as a wired entry point for silent practice. Unlike the more expensive Spark Neo, it requires a physical guitar cable plugged into the headset, with the other end connected to the instrument. That limitation removes wireless complexity and keeps the setup immediate, though it does mean working around a cable. The headphones carry four hardware presets accessible without a phone, while the companion app opens up 33 amp and 43 effects models for more detailed tone shaping.

The build uses a rugged rubber coating and generous ear cushioning, though the unit is heavier than typical studio headphones. The closed-back design also isolates most external noise, which makes it suited to focused practice. The Fall Tone Fest sale additionally discounts the Spark Mini practice amp and Spark Link wireless system, but the $99 Spark Neo Core is the most direct price cut among the current offers.
