The two heavy rock bands will hit 15 cities together this August, with Spoon Benders opening all dates.
The Sword and Red Fang are hitting the road together this summer. The two bands announced a co-headlining US tour for August 2026, with Spoon Benders providing support on every date.
The run starts August 7th in Dallas and moves through Phoenix, Los Angeles, and Seattle before wrapping up in Denver on August 28th. Pre-sales are already open, with general tickets going live this Friday, April 24th, at 10 a.m. local time through Ticketmaster.
This is a significant moment for The Sword. The band broke up shortly after releasing their 2018 album Used Futures, ending a nearly two-decade stretch. They reformed in 2024, playing shows in the US and Europe, and now have a 20th anniversary edition of their debut album Age of Winters coming on May 8th.
Red Fang, meanwhile, haven’t released a new album in five years. Their last full-length, Arrows, came out in 2021. Whether this tour signals new material from either band remains unannounced, but the pairing makes sense for a summer run built on heavy riffs and scene credibility.
