Wasia Project have arrived at their first full-length album. ‘Nocturne’ runs close to 50 minutes and gathers 12 tracks that stretch the sibling duo’s signature piano-and-violin foundation into broader electronic and textural territory.
The opening track, ‘2515’, was released as the first single, and it works as an index for the album. Olivia Hardy’s vocal leads over a bed of classical strings and processed sound, with the intensity shifting between the verse and the chorus as the piano and violin trade
