The AVTT/PTTN tour has begun, with the collaborative group’s opening nights featuring live debuts and rare Faith No More covers.
The AVTT/PTTN tour is now underway. The collaborative project between Mike Patton and the Avett Brothers launched with concerts in Louisville and Nashville this past weekend.
The setlists blended material from the group’s self-titled 2025 debut with selections from each artist’s primary catalog. Patton led the band through Faith No More’s “Ashes To Ashes” and “Digging The Grave,” songs he had not performed live in more than ten years.
The tour follows the album’s release last November and a handful of promotional appearances. These initial dates confirm the project’s move from studio experiment to a functioning live act, placing Patton’s aggressive vocal style directly alongside the Avett Brothers’ folk-rock foundation.
