The band confirms a worldwide tour starting in June, with support from Thundercat, Cage the Elephant, and others, alongside their first album in four years.
The Strokes have detailed a global tour set to begin in June, supporting their forthcoming seventh studio album, ‘Reality Awaits’. This marks the band’s first new album since 2020’s ‘The New Abnormal’.
The tour itinerary includes major European venues like London’s The O2 and Paris’s Accor Arena, alongside two nights at Colorado’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre. The band has arranged a varied list of opening acts for different legs, including Thundercat, Cage the Elephant, Hamilton Leithauser, Fat White Family, Alex Cameron, and ÖLÜM.
The announcement solidifies a full return to activity for the group, linking the new album cycle directly to an extensive live schedule. Festival appearances are also expected to be part of the broader tour.
