The platinum-selling artist was taken into custody by LAPD on a murder warrant related to the discovery of a body in his impounded vehicle last September.
Los Angeles police have arrested singer D4vd on suspicion of murder. The arrest is connected to the discovery of a body in the trunk of his impounded Tesla in September 2025.
The body was identified as 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez. Police served a warrant at a Hollywood Hills home on Thursday, leading the artist away in handcuffs. LAPD Captain Scot M. Williams stated the arrest was made after investigators developed probable cause.
D4vd, known for his viral hits and major label success, was booked into custody. The case moves from a seven-month investigation into formal legal proceedings.
