The pop singer performed “drop dead” live for the first time, marking her second surprise appearance at the festival.
Olivia Rodrigo made a surprise appearance during Addison Rae’s Saturday afternoon set at Coachella. She used the slot to perform her new single “drop dead” live for the first time.
The two artists also performed Rae’s song “Headphones On” together. This marks Rodrigo’s second guest appearance at the Indio festival, following her cameo during No Doubt’s reunion set last year. She has yet to be booked for her own headline performance on the lineup.
“drop dead” is the lead single from Rodrigo’s upcoming third studio album, titled ‘you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love’. The album is scheduled for release on June 12.
