Johnny Marr will play his biggest solo headline show at London’s OVO Arena Wembley on October 24, with Baxter Dury as support.
Johnny Marr has announced he will play the OVO Arena Wembley on October 24. It will be his biggest solo headline show to date.
The London date follows a homecoming gig at Manchester’s Castlefield Bowl in July and a run of European festival appearances. Marr last played the capital in 2024 at the Hammersmith Apollo, a show later released as the live album ‘Look Out Live!’.
Baxter Dury has been confirmed as support for the Wembley show. Tickets go on general sale at 10am on May 1. This is a real step up in scale for Marr’s solo career, moving from theaters to an arena that holds over 12,000 people.
