The Devil Wears Prada 2 Soundtrack Loads Up on Dua Lipa, SZA, and a Gaga-Doechii Original

The full tracklist arrives just before the film opens, mixing recent pop hits with a high-profile new collaboration.

The full soundtrack for The Devil Wears Prada 2 dropped today, days before the sequel hits theaters this Friday. The list pulls together some of the biggest pop names of the moment, slotting pre-existing singles next to at least one original collaboration that was already making headlines.

Lady Gaga and Doechii’s track, confirmed earlier, is the centerpiece. The rest of the soundtrack leans heavily on songs that were never intended for a film. Dua Lipa’s “End Of An Era” from last year’s Radical Optimism makes the cut, as does SZA’s “Snooze,” a standout from SOS. Olivia Dean’s easy-listening hit “Nice To Each Other” appears, along with tracks from Raye and the Marías.

It’s a playlist built like a moodboard, matching the film’s fashion-media world without forcing a narrative onto the songs. The marketing for the movie has been relentless, timed perfectly to the Met Gala weekend, and the soundtrack follows the same logic: it grabs attention by name recognition
