Oasis Shares First Trailer for Tour Documentary ‘Don’t Look Back in Anger’

The Steven Knight-produced film captures the 2025 reunion, with backstage access and the Gallagher brothers’ first joint interview in over 20 years.

The machinery around Oasis’s 2025 reunion continues to turn. A first teaser has arrived for Don’t Look Back in Anger, the documentary chronicling that eventful tour, produced by Steven Knight and directed by Dylan Southern and Will Lovelace — the duo behind Shut Up and Play the Hits and Meet Me in the Bathroom.

The preview leans into the Gallaghers’ famously bitter history. Noel is heard saying, “I just don’t see myself on stage with Liam,” while Liam reflects, “The way it finished, unacceptable.” The film pairs that old friction with rehearsal and backstage footage from the tour that became one of the year’s biggest live draws, plus the brothers’ first joint interview in more than two decades.

Knight, in a statement, framed the project as something beyond a concert film: “a backstage pass and a seat at the table when Liam and Noel sit down together for the first time in 15 years and tell it how it is and how it was.”

Don’t Look Back in Anger will open in theaters and IMAX this September, then head to Hulu and Disney+ later in the year.
