The UK producer brought his Hellbent imprint to Brooklyn Army Terminal for an open-air event before extending the night above midtown at Marquee Skydeck.
Cloonee’s Hellbent label took over Brooklyn Army Terminal this month with a waterfront production built around scale. The open-air site faced the Manhattan skyline, with the Empire State Building visible above the crowd. Fire pillars cut upward while the Hellbent logo was projected near the Statue of Liberty, marking the label’s presence in New York with a deliberate visual statement.
The night moved from the waterfront to the Edge’s Marquee Skydeck, roughly 1,000 feet above midtown. There, Cloonee played an extended solo set that carried into the morning hours. The run included his single “Free Your Mind” and “Good Girl,” his collaboration with Prospa, both keeping the room locked to his tempo.
The event served as a label showcase as much as a headlining set, placing Hellbent’s name across two distinct New York spaces in a single night. It also lands ahead of Cloonee’s debut solo album, Are You Still You?, due in early October. The album remains the next reference point after a night that moved from the harbor to the skydeck without changing the central figure.
