Karly Hartzman Plots Eight Solo Dates Across the Southeast

The Wednesday frontwoman will close out 2026 with a run of small-room shows, starting less than two weeks after her band wraps its joint tour with Mannequin Pussy.

Karly Hartzman has spent most of this year as half of one project or guest on someone else’s. December gives her a stretch of stages to herself. The Wednesday frontwoman will close out 2026 with eight solo shows across the southeastern United States, opening December 1 at The Burl in Lexington, Kentucky, and ending December 11 at Lily’s Snack Bar in Boone, North Carolina.

The timing is tight. The run begins less than two weeks after Wednesday and Mannequin Pussy finish their joint Bitch Cabal Tour, so Hartzman heads back out almost as soon as that bill wraps. The routing favors smaller rooms over major markets: Songbirds in Chattanooga, Boxcar in Opelika, Fat Cat in Hattiesburg, the Raised by Sound Festival in Memphis, and the 40 Watt in Athens, before two North Carolina dates. The stop at The Pyrle in Greensboro is a hometown show.

There is material to draw from. Wednesday recently released a deluxe edition of 2025’s Bleeds, adding previously unheard demos along with remixes by Avey Tare and DJ Sabrina the Teenage DJ. Hartzman’s solo appearances have been scattered through the year, including NTS Radio, a Weezer track, and Hayley Williams’ Newport Folk Festival set. Wednesday will play Knoxville’s Big Ears Festival in April. What these eight shows look like without the band behind her is the open question.
