Bloc Party’s next album arrives shaped by two distinct forces: the dissolution of Kele Okereke’s long-term relationship and the studio presence of Trevor Horn. Anatomy of a Brief Romance is a short, four-track record, its title reflecting the personal subject matter Okereke brought to the writing sessions.
