Tyla Maps Out First Global Tour Behind ‘A*Pop’

The South African singer will bring her new album across Europe, North America, and Africa starting this October.

Just over a week after releasing her second album A*Pop, Tyla has announced an extensive world tour beginning this fall. The 34-date run marks her first global headline trek, spanning three continents and stretching into early 2027.

The European leg opens in Paris on October 12 and moves through Amsterdam, London, Brussels, Berlin, and several Nordic capitals before closing in Oslo and Stockholm. North American shows start November 12 in Wheatland, California, hitting major cities including Chicago, Boston, New York, and Los Angeles. The tour’s final phase brings her to Africa in late December, with confirmed dates in Lagos, Cape Town, and Johannesburg.

The routing follows a period of steady ascent. A*Pop itself arrives after back-to-back Grammy wins for Best African Music Performance — first for “Water” in 2024, then for “Push 2 Start” earlier this year — and a mixtape, WWP (We Wanna Party), last July. Speaking previously to Rolling Stone about the album, Tyla described the process as organic: “I just knew that as I lived through the making of the album, it was going to fall into place, which it did.” She added that completing it made her “feel like a real artist, which is so special.”

General ticket sales start Friday, July 31 at 10 a.m. local time, with pre-sales beginning Wednesday, July 29.
