After three years, Vincenzo Germano has revived opera23 with Teatro Armónico, released through Wic Recordings. The eight-track album moves between electronic and acoustic material, not as a display of technique but as a sequence of immersive environments where texture and silence carry as much weight as composition.

Piano parts sit against fractured digital processing. Rather than using glitch as decoration, Germano lets instability shape the pieces. Organic performance dissolves into eroded sound, then reforms in unexpected ways. The result is measured and emotionally ambiguous, closer to sound art and contemporary classical composition than to ambient music or academic abstraction.
